  • " No Check in and Check out " applied on December 31, 2012 & January 01, 2013
  • Compulsory dinner applied on December 31, 2012 US$ 210++/person
  • All reservations through the website must be guaranteed by a credit card.

CANCELLATION:

  • In the event of cancellation 30 days (in Low Season) and 45 days (in High Season) prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of one night's accommodation.
  • In the event of cancellation 14 days (in Low Season) and 21 days (in High Season) prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 50% from the total accommodation charge.
  • In the event of cancellation 5 days (in Low Season) and 7 days (in High Season) prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to full charges for the total booking.

NO SHOW POLICY: 

  • "No Shows" will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to full charges for the total booking. Credit cards details held by The Royal Santrian will only be debited in the event of no-show.
